Speaker Bios

Nathan Donham, Master Sergeant (ret) US Army

Master Sergeant ret Nathan Donham spent 21.5 years in the United States Army as a Signal Support System Specialists. 16 years of that honorable career was spent in a Special Mission Unit located at Fort Bragg, NC. As a Special Operations Communications Non-Commissioned Officer, Nathan Donham held many notable positions such as a Special Operations Communications Team Sergeant and C4I Capabilities Sergeant Major.

His career in Special Operations started as a Special Operations Tactical Radio Telephone Operator through 22 deployments with over a thousand direct-action missions. As a leader he was responsible for the health, welfare, and professional development of 26 other communications personnel located on 3 different continents. Culminating his career in Research Development, He worked on many programs such as ATAK, Autonomous vehicles, tactical networks, and drones. Currently is the founder of Freedom Atlantic, a company that provides engineering hardware solutions to Department of Defense.

Christopher J. Ingles, Master Chief Petty Officer US Navy

Master Chief Chris Ingles continues his 20+ year career in the United States Navy as an Information Systems Technician and Command Senior Enlisted Leader. He spent 13 years as a Submarine Communicator before entering Special Operations in 2013 where he served in a Special Missions Communications Unit.

During his most recent deployments, he served as deployed Troop Sergeants Major leading an entire deployed communications force of over 100 communicators spread across multiple countries and continents supporting presidential directed action against terrorism and near peer advisory aggression. As a leader he has deployed 21 times managing the training, readiness, and functions of thousands of communicators. He remains at the forefront of technology, tactics and employment of the best solutions to our nation’s toughest challenges. He has spent years in research and development, engineering, and holds a degree in Organizational Leadership.
