This training comes from the FBI’s Behavior Analysis Unit and the U.S. Secret Service NTAC (National Threat Assessment Center).

Identify locations of high-risk and crisis situations, as well as factors that create crises for students. This includes risk factors in post-pandemic education and signs of students in crisis such as: family situations and dynamics, student baselines in appearance, academic achievement, class and teacher interaction, and personal and family setbacks. Finally, we will discuss leading factors for child exploitation and abduction. Participants can expect to leave with an understanding of elements of a safe school including: student neglect, abuse, reporting and technology integration.
